This is a love song that I wrote for my wife, which is sequenced after Sanbenito in the Rosehip collection of songs. I always meant to go back and finish the vocals and mixing but I was always working on other things, didn't have the hard drive space to record, or just didn't have the time/energy/timbre to do justice to what I want from this song. However, I'm honestly proud of this song, it is an intimate look at a time in my life when my ability to labour changed very rapidly, but my wife devoted her own health, her own energy, her own spirit and growth so that I could survive and keep going to work in a body that was endlessly betraying me. Thus, I release this version into the world until it can be more, and truly worthy of her.

The purchase of this song, the only track on here for which I'm asking for $$, will go towards eventually publishing physical copies of Aoife's books, which she wants to make available for low/no cost.
